We'd never had Malaysian food before but it was close to the hotel, we didn't need a reservation, and it sounded interesting.  It turned out to be a really good choice.  While we were waiting for our table, there was a guy cooking at a little kitchen in the front of the restaurant.  He'd take a piece of dough the size of a hockey puck, flatten it out like pizza dough, stretch it on a marble slab until it was literally thin enough to see through, then fold it and cook it on a griddle.  This turns out to be the Malaysian version of Roti and it was great with a chicken curry sauce to dip it in.  We also had chicken wings wrapped with an herb that was like green twine, sizzling black pepper beef, and coconut rice.  Tasty and satisfying.
